HEY EVERYBODY!
[i know its longer than usual but please read it and comment about your fav thing]
most of you [all of you] went to dare2share. it was soooo amazing~! way better than i thought it would be! i was thinking...hmmm...a conference that shows how to survive in this world....fun.
BUT IT REALLY WAS LIFE ALTERING!
zane, greg, and derwin really showed what it was like to totally screw everything up and then get back on your feet and let Jesus turn you around 180
for you who were there, that skit on friday night was my favorite part of D2S
all through it i was like: Oh My Goodness! THAT COULD SERIOUSLY HAPPEN? AHHHHHHHHH IDK IF I LIKE THAT! LIKE I COULD GET KILLED? HURT? but then i realized: IM SO SELFISH! JESUS IS SOOOOO AWESOME! HE GAVE HIS LIFE FOR ME! Y? Y WOULD SOMEONE DO THAT FOR ME? Y? IF HE COULD DO THAT FOR ME WILLINGLY, I SHOULD LIVE FOR HIM, HE DESERVES IT! I LOVE HIM sooooooo MUCH! AND HE LOVES ME MORE!
after that skit, Greg told all the youth leaders to stand in the aisle, and tim went and stood in the big aisle between our two sides of students. Greg went up to TIM of all ppl and talked to him about how much Tim loves us. after that, Greg told all the leaders to extend their arms and pray for us. TIM prayed so loud and it was exhilarating! i was totally stoked for Christ after hearing Tim. that night i decided to stop messing around with Christianity and going through the steps and actually meaning what i say.
idk if you all felt like that, but i did.
if Greg, by some bizzare chance you read this, thank you soo much! i can't wait to go back!

o my gosh. i totally know what you mean. i made that same decision. i decided to stop being a jerk to people at school because i thought, hey, is this what Jesus would do?? and that play was totally amazing. i thought about it and i just thought, hey, i would totally give up my life for Jesus. He gave His life for me and i would do the same if i was ever faced with that kind of decision.
